missing actions when sidebar widgets are focused as a pane #6242

Many actions disappear when some views are selected as a pane.

Actions that disappear:

  • "Restart"
  • "Update Channel..."
  • and probably many others

Views they disappear in:

  • types
  • strings
  • typelib explorer (if enabled)

Presumably it's just the sidebar widgets that can also be views.

Note a new bug, has existed since 4.0 and the sidebar refactor (but not earlier).
