thanks for reaching out and consulting the wiki before creating an issue <3

In regards to your issue: Which Windows version do you use? (winver).
It might be, that the driver does not support that particular version.

Well the version can be seen on the screenshot where test mode info is displayed, but here is additional screenshot from winver
