Отличается лишь одним слэшем на конце видно, но тут скорее на первом скрине не должно было работать т.к слэш не linux, странно

В конфиге путь к файлам и рабочая папка линусковые стоят, но WINE их автоматически понимает как "Z:\home[...]". Поэтому слэш правильный.
