The counter feedback missing chip (blinking red one) and the feedback chips with animated "shimmering" effect fails the following success criterion:

2.2.2 (AA) Content that stops blinking after five seconds or providing a mechanism for users to stop blinking content allows people with certain disabilities to interact with the Web page. https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Understanding/pause-stop-hide.html

Examples of failing chips:

Screen.Recording.2024-05-10.at.8.52.40.mov
Screen.Recording.2024-05-10.at.8.55.07.mov

These are not only limited to these two chips. Check the code for more possibilities (interim feedback chip, continuous feedback chip) etc.
