Library\PackageCache\[email protected]\Runtime\Stores\Util\ExponentialRetryPolicy.cs(29,17): error CS4014: Because this call is not awaited, execution of the current method continues before the call is completed. Consider applying the 'await' operator to the result of the call.

Hmm, this isn't a package used by Dodgeball or ML-Agents. Try removing the com.unity.purchasing package from the Package Manager.
