fix: routing-api e2e test wallet with undelegation to unblock routing pipeline siyujiang/route-491-fix-routing-api-e2e-test-wallet-with-undelegation-to-unblock (#1112)

routing pipeline is blocked. the reason is because hardhat uses test mnemonic, that has the first test wallet delegated to a random CA wallet.
