What's the diff between the local demo and online demo?

Thank you so much for releasing such an impressive piece of work!

I've attempted to run the demo in my local environment and, unfortunately, I encountered the following issue:( whereas the same prompt works seamlessly on your online demo.

I am curious about the discrepancy between the two. It just doesn't make sense.

You need to match --conf_files with --ckpt as to initialize model instance correctly.
