Transcribe our videos/records for better accessibility

We'd like to transcribe our current records to provide better, more accurate closed caption.

0. Currently using YouTube's automation of this
1. We'd like to update some current ones
2. We would like to develop a process for doing this when releasing a new recording
3. Automate this process

I wonder if they have rates for educators
