Add a feature that creates monthly temporal resolution of eGRID data within each creation file (where applicable).

  • EPA data load (data_load_epa.R)
  • Unit file (unit_file_create.R)
  • Generator file (generator_file_create.R)
  • Plant file (plant_file_create.R)
  • Regional aggregation files (region_aggregation_create.R)
  • Update formatting and final outputs to match final formatting of monthly aggregation
