Can you add DeepLX as translator? #316

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
DeepL is unrivaled in translation. DeepL is really great at localization and really understands the jargon of the locals and not only that, but also provides a very good and often clear translation.

DeepL's API is limited but here is the open-source solution for it!

There are some tools that are selenium-based but this one pure api.
