I encountered an error when trying to unlist root file containing the data from PET Siemens mMR GATE simulation. The complete error message and other necessary files I used are available in the Owncloud folder. However, the files should be identical to those available in STIR-GATE Connection github page. The mMR Siemens geometry macros for Gate, I used, came from STIR-GATE Connection Github.
I am sure that the root file is not corrupted- I checked it with root.
I thought it might be a memory issue, but running the script on cluster with 20GB allocated did not help. The root file has only 126 MB (it is just a short simulation I ran in order to test the workflow) - also in the folder.
I am able to run unlisting and reconstruction for PET GE Discovery 690 without any issues. However, GE Discovery geometry is defined as Cylindrical PET while Siemens mMR is defined as ECAT. I wonder if this might be the potential cause of crash.
The STIR is installed and called using Mamba. The versions of software are Gate 9.0., STIR 6.2.0, ROOT 6.32 .00.
