[ci] Add integration tests

When new releases of the project dependencies are made available, some parts of INGInious may present unexpected behaviors (e.g. #966).

Describe the solution you'd like
The CI should install INGInious and perform integration test regularly (e.g. once a day), at least for the latest stable version.
