Setting up a new site ends up with this (using baa-cp2k-test site as an example).

[ccspapp@login13 hpc-spack]$ ls /lustre/shared/ucl/apps/spack-test/baa-cp2k-test/modules/lustre/shared/ucl/apps/spack-test/baa-cp2k-test/spack/var/spack/environments/
cp2k-test/      first_compiler/

What we want is /lustre/shared/ucl/apps/spack-test/baa-cp2k-test/modules containing the module groupings.

(Not checked precisely how it is ending up with that path yet!)
