🐛 `npx sequelize db:migrate` 할 때 babel version error

@babel/core, it is likely that something in your build process is loading the wrong version. Inspect the stack trace of this

• commonjs 가 아닌 es6 로 작성하다보니 sequelize init 을 하면서 생기는 config나 models 가 commonjs 로 생겨서 es6 로 다시 수정
• babel 을 사용해서 실행시키는데 버전 에러가 뜸
• 내용으로 보면 package.json 에도 전혀 문제없는데 자꾸 안맞는다고 바보같이 굼

해결

적용 내용

• ES6를 사용하면서 sequelize model 파일과 migration 파일들과 계속 부딪히는 상황이였다.
• 기존에 해결하느라 사용했던 babel-register 삭제 후 처음부터 다시 시도
• 원래대로 sequelize init 후 모델 파일 생성 후에 migration 파일을 만들어서 시도하면 require를 사용할 수 없다는 에러가 먼저 뜬다. package.json 에 "type": "module" 로 설정했기 때문
• migrate 를 하면 umzug 라는 라이브러리를 사용하게 되는데 이건 sequelize의 자매 패키지이기도 한데 기본적으로 commonjs 를 요구함
• 코드를 수정하는것이 복잡해보여서 찾아보다가 .cjs 파일 포맷을 찾음
• migration 파일들을 전부 .cjs 로 바꾼 후 npx sequelize db:migrate 시도
