editor.getTextCursorPosition() with offset values

Yes, the current getTextCursorPosition() doesnt get offset value of where the exact location of the cursor is at. It only has the details about the blocks and nothing about the exact cursor position.

editor.getTextCursorPosition() should return the current blocks along with offset
