        <p>If you receive a network error or general error while attempting to use the app, please follow these instructions:</p>

            <li>Ensure you are connected to wi-fi </li>
            <li>Ensure you are on a network that can connect to the internet</li>
            <li>Check to make sure your router is on and connected</li>
            <li>Check that cables are properly seated in your router</li>
            <li>Contact your ISP to check if there is an internet outage in your area</li>
