For multi-column contests, add a "continued" column header

Some ballot contests may require two vertical columns to display all the candidates' names. For the second or additional column, add a column header with the contest name and "(Continued)" to indicate that the contest spans multiple columns.

For example, if the contest title is "US Representative" then the second column header would read "US Representative (continued)"

The word or phrase that's appeneded to the contest title (e.g., "(continued)" should be modifiable through a configuration file or settings.
