Moved some fixes and updates from master to 1.13. Also bumping up from alpha to beta, as this release is now confirmed to be functional. Problems should still be expected, because the 1.13 bukkit/spigot api is not in its final state.

This is an alpha for 1.13 Trade+. If you use any data ids in the config, you will need to update them to 1.13 or they might not work. For example, stained_glass_pane:15 would become black_stained_glass_pane.
