Hi @ArisKallergis! I'm Dosu and I’m helping the Trilium team.

You can restore the demo by downloading the latest demo.zip archive from here or here, then import it into your note tree (right-click on a note and choose "Import") details.

If you want to fully reset your instance (removing all your data), you can delete the document.db files or the entire trilium-data directory—Trilium will recreate the initial demo on next startup, but this will erase everything else details.

Importing the latest demo.zip is the recommended way to see new features without losing your own notes.
