feature or bug ? clones don't show up in search

When using the full search, only one note appears instead of all its clones.
Two questions:

• is it intended? (and if so, why?)
• does that mean that there is always a super clone, the rest being subclones ? What would be the implication from that ?

There was a discussion about this in #1572.

It's neither a bug or a feature, more like a decision from the original developer.

Clones are all treated the same, I suppose it only returns the first found clone.
