Editing a note causes its attachments opened on separate splits/windows to be re-rendered on each keystroke

Description

Repro steps:

• create a new note
• drag & drop a PDF in it
• right-click on the just-appeared link then "Open note in a new split"
• in the newly opened pane, scroll down in the PDF
• start typing something in the original note

Observed behaviour:

• each key press causes the PDF note to be re-rendered
• this considerably impedes the ability to write text, since the refresh causes high typing latency
• this causes the page being viewed in the PDF to fall out of sight in Chrome (but not in Firefox), since the refresh causes the PDF viewer to re-open on the first page

Desired behaviour:

• typing on the hosting note should not affect the preview of its attachments (or at least, not until the reference to the attachment is being removed)
