Update !!!meta.json after first pass

Once we've completed the initial-review, we have to update the meta file so the import works again

I guess the most important part there is to match both the file names as well as the hierarchy of the table of contents. I made some changes to the TOC (like move database to advanced , etc), but do you guys see any other logical changes that need to be made?

PS.: working through my review of @Alumniminium 's PR I noticed one, Saved Searches should be added to TOC under Search

Not sure what you're talking about here, this issue is closed by drag & drop into trilium and exporting the tree. I'm not aware of a TOC inside trilium

I meant the note tree hierarchy of the import matching the TOC.
