Move some Uncategorised trackers to Essential (for Youtube Music & Outlook)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some uncategorized trackers for Youtube Music & Outlook break these apps as uncategorized ones are blocked by default. Youtube Music doesn't load thumbnails and Outlook doesn't fetch new emails at all. Are the tracker categories being loaded from somewhere else? Couldn't find them when searching inside the repo.

For Youtube Music

Move i.ytimg.com to Essential as this is used for fetching thumbnails. Youtube seems to have a couple of other subdomains under ytimg listed here though I'm not sure if all of them are for thumbnails. Found some old blog posts talking about s.ytimg.com:

1. Post 1 says it tries accessing the webcam, microphone and stores cookies though that was in the flash days.

Currently, allowing ytimg also allows googletagmanager.com which is used for Google Analytics. The latter could be moved to another category.

For Outlook

login.live.com and login.microsoftonline.com could be moved to Essential. Not sure about odc.officeapps.live.com and in.appcenter.ms
