Messenger textes don't go out

Do you use TrackerControl from Google Play/F-Droid/other?
TrackerControl 2024.01.03-froid on Galaxy A72, LineageOS 20.

Describe the bug
I have noticed that occasionally some messages (from Whatsapp, Signal or Telegram) are not sent while TrackerControl is active. If I deactivate it, I can see that the messages are being sent.

None of these apps have restrictions, their monitoring is deactivated.

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the error exactly.

This has long been a problem. Not sure where it comes from. I would recommend not using TC with those apps.

I've been having the same issue, but with twitter and Reddit. Is there no fix for it?

Might be related -- Signal on GrapheneOS can't receive calls reliably when TC Monitoring is on.

A short term workaround could be a list of known incompatible apps for which the default could be Monitoring Off.

I'm wondering if this could be related to how messaging is implemented (sockets, UDP, ...).
