I don't have screenshots, but it is the same issue as #3.

That's odd since we specifically worked to fix this issue here: 2943d7c.

Is the problem only with positioning, or are the buttons bound incorrectly, too? Also, could you try rebinding the controls from the SteamVR menu?

A Discord user reported a similar issue. They also reported an older version solving the problem, so this might be a regression
