Multiple rooms not going into TourPlan

if there are multiple PaxConfig (i.e. RoomConfig) only one room was getting added to TourPlan. For e.g. if you try to add Pax Config as below it will only add 1 Room (1st one - for the lead passenger)

Now, there is only one RoomConfigs inside a AddService request
