铜锁本身不提供QUIC协议的实现，但是提供QUIC协议所需的必要密码学API，因此可以使用其他的QUIC协议栈软件+Tongsuo实现QUIC

@InfoHunter @dongbeiouba 好的，了解了，非常感谢。还有一些疑问，一个是测试ssl性能可以用s_time工具，测试quic性能有类似工具吗？还有一个是ssl有异步框架async_jobs，这个xquic是否也实现了异步模式？
