Tongsuo支持StrongSwan实现国密IPSec协议，并未其提供加密和认证功能？
如果支持的话，我可以使用哪个版本的StrongSwan进行调试？

铜锁本身不支持IPSec协议。看起来StrongSwan可以直接使用tongsuo来替换openssl，具体版本需要咨询StrongSwan社区，例如：strongswan/strongswan#1692
