Event listener for API queries

We need a way to track use of APIs for audit ability, performance, value and prioritization.

Describe the solution you'd like
Have a Kafka or other service that triggers events for each API access request and writes to a separate database. Should have:

• User
• Access Role
• Use case
• Granularity
• Query scope
• Sensitivity
• Date stamp
