Android 11 - Sometimes the network I want to connect is not found #116

On Android 11, Galaxy A12, the network I want to connect to is not found in the scanning process. I see it in my phone WiFi settings but in the app using the scanning method it is not found. Some other times, the app found the network and is able to connect to it. Anyone else have this problem?
