Allow nested lists to be numbered

I love Dashboard++! I'm using to keep track of online courses and it'a great. This isn't a "must have" but if there's a way to accomplish it, that would be nice.

Currently, I have things set up like this:

- [ ] **00 - Introduction** (name of section as todo)
    - [ ] How this Course Will Work (task for each section of the lesson)

Ideally, this second nested list would be numbered which works fine until I go into "read" mode. If the list is numbered like so:

- [ ] **00 - Introduction** (name of section as todo)
    1. [ ] How this Course Will Work (task for each section of the lesson)

The numbered items disappear. If I remove them and just use a bulleted list, things work as expected. I'm not sure if there's something I can edit in the snippet to show the numbered lists as well. Any pointers would be welcome.
