This was reverted not long after being merged - see Will's last comment on the PR - so should be removed from the docs.

Remove `IterationSpeedColumn` from the progress documentation, as this
addition was reverted not long after being merged
(see Textualize#3332 (comment)).

Closes Textualize#3739.
