MVT encoding/decoding issue

Hi there. I think I enconterd a bug related to MVTcatalogitem.

Tiles showd up wrong locaton in a repeted way.
This happens on the 2025-4-14-0.4.0-8.9.2-1d27cc04.

With the same data this didn't happen on the 2024-4-11-0.1.1-8.5.1-20a64b42

It would be nice if you can look into this issue.
