Migrate mmkv plugin to federated plugins, as:

mmkv entry package
mmkv_ios plugin for iOS
mmkv_android plugin for Android
mmkv_platform_interface interface package

to solve the Pod naming conflict instead of modify Podfile/ruby script manually.
