Loading experience in bottom sheet

Goal

To have a loading experience inside the bottom sheet.

Context

For the new webview URL generator, we allow the user how to display the disambiguation if needed. The 2 possibles options are to display the disambiguation in a full screen and the other one is to display it in a bottom sheet.

As some API might take long to load, we need to define a loading experience. For the full screen is easy, but for the bottom sheet there is no loading experience defined.

Impact

Adding this experience will avoid having to implement other loading experience that don't work well.
