Bug description

I have my "First day of week" set to Monday. However, the datepicker that shows in the "Auto create meal plan" modal shows Sunday as first day.

i am not sure if the library allows changing the datepicker but can be looked into

Adding a meal to any date records it on the previous date for me. If I choose January 8 and enter a meal, it will record it on January 7th. I've tried this with First Day of Week set to Monday and Sunday.
