Be able to give enchantment book/item with name and lore

Please make it an option to give an item or enchanted book with custom name and lore.

example: /ce give [player] [material] {name:} {lore:} [Enchantment:level]

{} = optional
[] = required.

if no name is provided then it will use the original item name for the item. For books, if no name is provided, then it will stay with the *** Magic Book *** as a name..

Dont forget about color compatibility. =)

PS: before you say.. "just use /ce change command"... This option will help server owners give custom books through commands, this is great for voting rewards or crate rewards or even signs that support commands!

Wanted to change several commands already to be easier to use and allow more freedom, although it may not be in 2.4c just yet.
