Feedback screen

Similarly to the Android app, we want to provide a feedback screen that allows the user to:

1. provide general feedback to TUM
2. provide feedback specific to the TUM Campus App

As with Android, the user should be able to attach images to their feedback. Additionally, they should be able to send along their TUM ID and their current location (the latter might help us reproduce problems).

How should the user provide feedback via email or a custom form?

@TG908 there is an API endpoint that sends the email out. Can you extract it from android or do you need help?

I'll be looking into this. As discussed on discord, the idea is to create a feedback form that uses GitHub's API to create an issue for every feedback submission.
