Addition of Deepface module for enhancement of depression detection & basic info predictor

I am GSSoC'24 Contributor and AI-ML enthusiast.

This repo contains different files for depression detection, age predictor. to merge this emotion detection, age, gender, race detections I have introduced Deepface Module.

Accuracy = 97%
Trained over 4 million images by Facebook
Additional parameter of confidence percentage

This confidence percentage can help to predict next steps of a person.

I have made pull request of adding code file & readme file of it & will improve it further.
kindly merge it & assign this task to me, accept under enhancement and assign level tags after reviewing it.
