Taking too much time to load page

Background

If user go to a page it is taking more than 10 minutes.
And if admin goes to admin panel then also it is taking too much to load a page.

Solution

vagrant ssh
cd /etc/php/x.x/cli/
sudo nano php.ini
change the value 'memory_limit' to 5120
Save and exit

Then do vagrant halt and up.
