QModPluginGenerator error

Hi, I am trying to install mods via vortex for subnautica but I have all the mods install and in my game files, still when I start the game nothing happends. The BepInEx tab opens up tho and says this (in red):

It also shows an error on vortex:

I don't have the pirated game if that could be it and I play on windows 10.
I don't know how to fix it and have tried many ways, like reinstalling the game, QModManager, BepInEx, all of my mods and nothing worked out.
if you know a way to maybe fix it pls tell me.
