Setup new templates for features and questions

As @the-j0k3r brought up it'd be nice to have templates for adding features, asking questions, and then turning the current one into a bug report. This would also let us auto label the issues based on the template used.

I tried to rename the existing template to use the new version of issue templates but things didn't go as planned so I reverted the commits. For some reason the template wasn't showing on any of the repos, even this one.

Just PRed an updated version of the existing template and now it's loading on the other repos. Not sure what changed but it looks to be working now 🎉

Looking good. Noticed https://github.com/StylishThemes/.github/blob/master/.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE.md shows a deprecation warning. Should it be removed?

Yea that was left while setting up the new templates. Removed in 556f3fd.
