Linode datacenter list of interactive and noninteractive ymls are out of sync.

 3. Fremont
 4. Atlanta

 8. Frankfurt
 9. Tokyo
10. Mumbai
11. Sydney

Of global_vars/noninteractive/linode-site.yml

# 5. London
# 6. Newark
# 7. Singapore
# 8. Tokyo

Expected behavior:

The datacenter choices are kept in sync.

Actual Behavior:

They don't match
