[BUG] Could not attach to MCP Server #25

Describe the bug
A few weeks ago it worked perfect for me but currently it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.
I installed it with Smithery and Claude can read the notes and vault but can't create notes at the moment.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Install via Smithery
- Ask Claude to create a note
Expected behavior
Should look for the vault and create a note
Error logs (if available)
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: Windows
- Claude
