Add ID to formit saveform grid, detail panel, export CSV and email templates

Feature request

The id of submitted forms should be added to several form properties. It is stored inside modx_formit_forms, but not used anywhere else.

Summary

I'd like to see the id of submitted forms inside the grid as well as the details panel and inside export CSVs.

Why is it needed?

Among other things, having the Id available inside Emails, User Interfaces, etc would be very helpful for building a ticket system

Suggested solution(s)

Add Id to the following elements:

• Saved Form Grid
• Saved Form "View Form"
• CSV Export
• Available inside emailtpl and fiarTpl as a placeholder (if save form is active).
