Tray icon

Would be nice to have try icon in Windows 10 and have quick access. Im using in with MSI Center installed becouse in games GPU gets hotter without MSI Center, after i close game, have to open GHelper and reapply setting to have cool and quiet laptop when doing everything else.

Hi, have you tried the new Hotkey Handler beta? It minimises to a tray icon and listens for the keyboard shortcuts you configure. I plan on making the tray icon change colour some time in the future, but not before v1.1 releases.

I can add a link to the Config Editor to the Hotkey Handler tray icon though.

Hotkey Handler looks like a new great app not only for MSI laptops, maybe you could improve it by adding option "shortcut to open app (any windows app)" with this feature i could remove MSI Steelseies.

About app tray, i thinking for something like hover mouse over icon and see GPU CPU temps, mouse click and small menu, view current profile in use, choosing profile and apply setting.

This App is going to be great since MSI Center is removes silent profile and people start looking for alternatives.

This sounds like something that could be done with any app (and therefore possibly out of scope of YAMDCC), but I can't think of an example right now lol

I might implement this, although I'd have to rework a few things, and as you might be able to tell from the lack of updates, I haven't found the time/motivation/combination of the above to work on this program...
