[Bug] Account alert button not sizing correctly resulting in text overflow

• Information the store gamepage looks buggy but it is not (it is currently in the skinning process)

Describe the Bug!

There's an issue with the Account Alert button where it isn't sizing properly resulting in the text wrapping in the title bar. It appears that the width isn't being set properly on the button. This works properly on other skins so I assume this is just a bug on this specific skin.

Expected Behavior

This button should be extended outwards so the text is all in one line.

Steps To Reproduce

Simply have an account alert on your Steam account and launch Steam with the SpaceTheme skin. The "easiest" way to get an account alert would be to sign up for a beta for a game and then have the license revoked when the beta ends. Obviously this isn't very ideal and this is a rare case scenario.
