This repository provides a series of Singularity recipe files used to easily deploy numerous bioinformatics containers.
All the singularity containers are ready to be used by the bioinformatics community and to be integrated into the TOGGLe workflow manager.
The images are based on either 16.04 or 18.04 Ubuntu versions. All compiled images can be found at http://bioinfo-storage.ird.fr/SingularityImages
