Nettoyer le code en utilisant une librairie telle que html-to-text plutôt que d'insérer dans le code la version HTML et la version plain text du contenu mail partout.

Peut-être même utiliser https://react.email/ ?
Ce serait aussi l'occasion de changer pour l'API SMTP pour #473
