The refactoring is almost finished. I just need to update the unit tests and everything should be ready.

The refactoring is finally done!

Here is a preview of the new architecture:

ProbeQuest - PipeTools

One added value of this new architecture is the simplicity of writing new exporters (see #20 and #36).
